About Us

Xtreme Green® is the culmination of a dream by its Founder and President, Elton Alderman, who has decades of experience in the automotive industry – from racing cars in Daytona Beach in the 1950’s to pioneering a patented lubrication technology that helped auto racing teams win 11 World Championships in the 1990’s.

Elton’s vision was to create high-performance technologies that out-performed anything on the market and yet at the same time were environmentally friendly. Originally developed to protect demanding, hard-working diesel engines in harsh industrial environments, the technology was transformed and adapted for today’s tight tolerance, high-performance gasoline engines.

Prior to the launch of Xtreme Green®, these incredible proprietary products were only available commercially, but now anyone with a car, truck, motorcycle, boat or RV can enjoy the same products that leading industrial companies have exhaustively tested and used for many years.

ELTON ALDERMAN - PRESIDENT & CEO

A pioneer in the lubrication industry, Elton was born in Florida where he attended the University of Miami. Growing up in car-crazy Daytona Beach, he worked with some of the world’s best-renowned automotive experts on enhancing car racing engine performance before joining the Military and serving as a weapons expert with the 82nd Airborne. He later moved to California and owned a number of automotive-related businesses including one of Toyota’s first car dealerships and, later, the International Hot Rod Association (IHRA). Elton’s involvement with engine performance continued with an international lubricants company which he founded and then ran for 25 years. In 2007, Elton founded ProOne with Xtreme Green® following in 2014.

TIM WAGNER - CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER

Tim was born in California and attended Grossmont College and San Diego State University where he studied Business Administration and Law. Tim started acquiring his vast technical knowledge at an early age, working in the family RV sales and service business. He later embarked on a highly successful 22-year career with Procter & Gamble where he met Elton while working on the Tide racing program. Together with Elton, he developed a number of lubrication solutions, including the technology that became the foundation of ProOne and ultimately the consumer division, Xtreme Green®.

LAWRENCE KAHN - PRO-ONE CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Lawrence was born in Johannesburg, South Africa where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Lawrence moved to the US in 1980 to complete his MBA at MIT’s Sloan School of Management, majoring in Marketing and Finance. After a successful marketing career as a Brand Manager for the Van de Kamp’s division of Pillsbury, he worked extensively in the automotive aftermarket industry including 12 years with Armor All Products where he served as Vice President of Marketing. Lawrence joined both Elton and Tim in their prior lubricants company and later co-founded ProOne in 2007.

The load base of 10W-40 Motor Oil is measured at 791 lbs for 4 minutes and 7 seconds. When 10% of Engine Life Treatment with XPL+ is added, the load is increased to 1,757 lbs and now runs for 11 minutes and 8 seconds.

Directions

How it Works

Gasoline or Diesel fuels are hydrocarbon molecules of different lengths and sizes. When combined with Xtreme Green® Fuel Max Plus+ the hydrocarbon particles instantly become broken down in size and easier to burn.

Why is that important? Increasing fuel surface area helps ensure a more complete combustion of the fuel in the combustion chamber. The outcome is greater conversion of the fuel into heat and power, and greatly reduced CO2, CO, HC, NOX, and smoke emissions.
